Shipping Policy


Wellsurance products are fulfilled through our U.S.-based manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Products are shipped directly to customers using the fulfillment services available for each product. Ultimately, the shipping process is handled by our fulfilment center in Lawrenceville, GA, USA. Orders received for products in stock typically ship out within 5-9 business days. We currently ship orders to customers within the United States, with shipping calculated at checkout, and customers will receive tracking information when available.

Because fulfilment times may vary by product and destination, the estimated delivery timeframe displayed during checkout represents the current expected delivery timeframe for the customer's order. Tracking numbers for shipped orders should be obtained directly via email once Wellsurance receives them.

If a mail carrier loses a package in transit, the customer may reach out to support@wellsurance.com to request assistance in shipping the product again. Products that are lost in transit will need to be purchased again. The Wellsurance team will contact the package carrier that lost the product to seek out a refund or open a dispute or case.
