Returns Policy

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

If the product is unopened:

If the container's inner seal is broken or damaged. (Dented containers with a seal properly secured and sealed do not qualify.) We’ll issue a Store Credit (minus any shipping fees, if applicable). Make sure to include the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and the email linked to your Wellsurance account. Please contact Support@wellsurance.com for the procedure.

If the product has been opened:

We offer store credit for items sent back within 30 days. Just include the packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and Wellsurance account email. Store credit can be used for exchanges or future purchases. 

Please allow up to 48 business hours for us to process your Store Credit once your return arrives at the Wellsurance warehouse.

We suggest using USPS for your return label, but you are free to choose any shipping carrier you prefer.
